As of January 2024, tutoring procedures will be updated as follows:

No more sign-up sheets: Students will no longer need to sign up in advance. Instead, students should report directly to Mr. Jiwanis' room for tutoring sessions.

Sign-in process: Upon arrival, students must sign in using the sign-up computer located near Mr. Jiwanis' desk.

No limit on tutors: There will no longer be a limit on the number of tutors available each day.

Point system update: Students will now receive 0.5 points per tutoring session attended.

Maximum tutoring hours: Each student is allowed a maximum of 3 hours of tutoring.

Parkview Computer Science Honor Society is now accepting sign-ups for tutoring sessions! These sessions will take place once a week, with options for both morning and afternoon times. Tutors can support students in Introduction to Software Technology, AP Computer Science Principles, or AP Computer Science A, so please ensure you have experience in these classes and are proficient in HTML, JavaScript, Python and/or Java, respectively. Students who sign up to tutor are expected to be punctual and prepared to teach other students, additionally, each session will earn you one point.
