This athlete consistently shows up prepared, on time, and ready to give 100% effort. They take ownership of their actions, plays to their strengths, and are committed to growing through hard work and perseverance. Their accountability sets the tone for the entire team.

They are a model of respect, treating teammates, coaches, and opponents with kindness, using encouraging words, and showing care for all equipment and spaces. They do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

On top of it all, this athlete is fully engaged in the learning process. They embrace feedback, stay locked in during practices and games, and understand the value of teamwork. They are truly all in, a reflection of the heart and spirit of We ARE North.
