As of 10/27 I am no longer accepting new participants to the science fair. Please try again next year!
To ensure a successful experience for all participants, please note the criteria for your child's involvement:
1. Google Form Submission: Please ensure that you and your child fill out the Google Form provided. This form will serve as the official registration for participation in the Science and Engineering Fair. Form is due by 10/17/25
2.Checkup Meetings: Throughout the preparation period, students will have help sessions open for students to attend if they need support.
They will take place 10/24 and 12/17 before school in the Computer Science room from 7:45-8:15 AM. These meetings are designed to provide guidance, support, and feedback on projects. Once registration is complete, parents will be given specific dates and essential items needed when your child attends the meetings.
3. Home-Based Project Development: The creating and experimental components of the project must be completed at home. This aspect of the fair encourages students to take ownership of their projects and engage in hands-on experimentation and innovation.
We believe that participating in the Science and Engineering Fair not only enhances students' understanding of scientific principles but also fosters their critical thinking and communication skills. It is an opportunity for them to explore their curiosity and develop a deeper appreciation for STEM subjects.
If you have any questions about the criteria or the fair itself, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Speed.
Thank you for supporting your child's educational journey and encouraging their participation in this enriching experience.
