5th Grade End of Year Information:

May 19th - 5th Grade Celebration 6:00 PM (Arrive at 5:30pm)

Hebron Sanctuary

202 Hebron Church Rd, Dacula GA 30019

Celebration will take place in the large Worship Center at Hebron Church on Monday, May 19, 2025.

• Students should be at the church by 5:30 p.m. (Please allow for traffic) Parents/families will enter at 5:45.

• Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

• Please have your child dressed appropriately for this occasion. This is a formal event. Girls should wear a dress, skirt, or dress pants.  Boys should wear dress pants with a collared shirt.  Jeans, flip flops, Crocs, and tennis shoes are not appropriate for the ceremony.  Additionally, balloons should not be brought into the venue.  

• There is absolutely no food or drink allowed in the sanctuary.

May 21st - 5th Grade Walk

Last Day of School- Lunch on the Lawn after the walk

• You may drop off chairs, tents, blankets, etc to set up between 9-11:30.

• Parents arrive for the walk outside the bus lane at 11:30-12:00. 

• The walk will begin between 12:00 - 12:15.

• Parents will meet their child’s teacher on the playground field for Lunch on the Lawn immediately after the walk.

• Lunch will end with a check out station.
