We have yet another busy week!! It is field trip week.  Please read the reminders all the way to the end.  I would love for you to like the message or reply that you saw the important part of dropping off your child and picking up your child.  

Drop off: Drop off needs to start at approximately 7:05 Tuesday, May 12th.  DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD RIDE THE BUS.  We will leave before buses arrive! We do not want your child to be left behind.  You will drop off your child at the cafeteria doors.  If you are a chaperone, you need to arrive at the same time and PARK ON THE FRONT LAWN to ensure you do not get stuck in carpool traffic in the afternoon.  As stated previously, chaperones must ride the bus per Kelly Tours guidelines.

Pick up: Please do not arrive any earlier than 3:25 to wait for our arrival.  You will enter into the car rider lane.  Once in the car rider lane, please display the colored window tag with your child's homeroom teacher and child's name on your dash board.  We need to ensure our regular car riders have finished before we start our line.  Buses are anticipated to arrive 3:30-4:00.  Students MUST BE picked up by 4:00.

Attire: Students need to wear their 5th grade shirt (preferable) or a red shirt.

Bags: Students can bring a small bag or purse for personal items, but it must be left in the bus during the stadium visit unless it is a clear bag.  

Devices: Devices may be brough but should only be used to take photos at designated areas.  They may not use them on the bus.

Money: All expenses are paid through the purchase of your ticket.  However, if you choose to send money for souvenirs, there will be time to purchase items.  

Communication: We will still carry our phones, please communicate through parent square and watch out for any updates we might send.
