The iconic plain bagel has it roots originating from Jewish communities in Germany and Poland from the 17 century. Bagels were first mentioned in 1610 in Kraków, given to women after childbirth. The word "beygl" comes from Yiddish, and bagels became popular for being easy to carry and symbolizing life and continuity. As I spread the cream cheese upon the bagel, it cools the bagels temperature making the perfect hot and cool treat. The bagel has a rough and smooth texture. Biting into the bagel produces a smooth, and soft crunch. The warm bagel is overwhelmed with cool, berry cream cheese. As my satisfactions are finally fulfilled with this creamy bagel. I rate it a 8.3/10
I got a plain bagel one with cream cheese, and one with brown sugar and cinnamon. I also got mixed berry with a cinnamon bagel and the bread was from Pepperidge Farm and Thomas. When i first took a bite, it tasted a little dry and I liked the flavors, but it was not my favorite. In conclusion, my favorite flavor was the cinnamon and mixed berry. My overall rating is a 5/10.
The Brown sugar and mixed berry combined is beautiful, and it tastes delicious. The bagels are from Germany. I also liked the chives and oion.
