Parent Center Information

The Parent Center is designed to help engage, empower, and build the capacity of the parent/guardian by helping to foster a strong partnership with the school, therefore increasing the student’s overall achievement. 

The parent instructional coordinador (PIC)  assists parents in learning to utilize resources already available to them, navigate the school culture, and help them find answers to their questions all with the purpose of linking them to their student’s learning.  Additionally, the parent instructional coordinator will provide learning sessions and activities throughout the school year designed specifically with the parent in mind.

• Learn about the many GCPS resources and tips available to you

• Learn about community resources that offer additional support to families in our community

• Sign up for Parent Portal, My Payments Plus, and/or Free & Reduced-Price Lunch

• Complete the Online Registration for registering a new student to Central Lawrenceville Gwinnett High School

• Learn to navigate your ParentVue

• Get help with activating Parent Square

• Learn how to plug in at Central

• Find out how the best ways to reach out to other staff/departments

• Receive help with general school and community related questions

El Centro para padres está diseñado para ayudar a involucrar, empoderar y desarrollar la capacidad de los padres/tutores al ayudar a fomentar una asociación sólida con la escuela, aumentando así el rendimiento general del estudiante.

El coordinador de instrucción para padres (PIC) ayuda a los padres a aprender a utilizar los recursos que ya tienen disponibles, navegar por la cultura escolar y ayudarlos a encontrar respuestas a sus preguntas, todo con el propósito de vincularlos con el aprendizaje de sus estudiantes.  Además, el coordinador de instrucción de padres proporcionará sesiones y actividades de aprendizaje durante todo el año escolar diseñadas específicamente pensando en los padres.
