Here are just a few personal goals that I have for kicking off the school on the right foot: 

• Ensure that you understand and follow behavior expectations, routines, and procedures

• Let you know that as your teacher, I care about you and am interested in getting to know you

• Help each of you learn and grow academically and socially/emotionally

• Encourage a “growth mindset” culture, where you will work hard and try your best (especially when something is a challenge)

• Create a safe, loving, and FUN learning environment
