When may I arrive to set up for the Arts and Crafts Fair?
Set-up times are scheduled for Friday, November 6th from 6:00–8:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 7th from 7:30–10:00 a.m.

When may I begin breaking down my section?
Event staff will direct volunteers to each section at designated times to assist with breakdown and to help prevent congestion in the parking lot and entryways. Vendors may either bring their vehicles to the front entrance for convenient loading or transport items to their vehicles.

Is food permitted inside the venue?
Yes, vendors may bring their own food. Additionally, a designated vendor will offer lunch items for purchase. Volunteers will take orders and deliver meals to ensure vendors do not miss sales opportunities.

How will I know my booth location?
Once registration has closed, an email will be distributed with booth assignments and a detailed map of the venue.

May I request a specific booth location?
Booth locations are assigned and may not be requested. Vendors requiring electricity will be placed near available outlets, and returning vendors may be given the option to retain their previous locations. Remaining spaces will be assigned accordingly.
