The Student Council Students of Knight Elementary are working towards providing equity with our two play spaces. Our playground is equipped with slides, swings, monkey bars and plenty of other equipment. Unfortunately, our school has grown so large that our third, fourth, and fifth graders only get to go to the playground half of the time. The other times they are relegated to a blacktop and field which is an empty space. It has no place to keep belongings safe, no shade during the brutal summer months, no place to dispose of trash, and no equipment. The students of Knight Elementary are looking to fix this inequity by raising funds to get equipment and resources.
