Collins Hill's Ninth Grade Academy is designed to meet the academic and social needs of Ninth Grade learners. 

The Academy model allows teachers, administrators, and counselors an opportunity to work collaboratively to develop student leaders, offer interventions for students in need of extra help, and increase involvement in extracurricular activities.
