Phi Beta Lambda

Who are we?

Phi Beta Lambda is the collegiate level of Future Business Leaders of America. FBLA-PBL is the oldest and largest student business organization in the world.

It builds on communication, leadership, networking, and business skills for the future. You do not have to be a business major to join; all majors are welcome.

PBL has the opportunity to:

  • Compete in over 50 events at the state and national level
  • Travel
  • Help in various community service events
  • Gain leadership skills & experience
  • Apply what you have learned in the classroom in a real-world setting
  • Promote business to high school students and to the community
  • Train members to be next line of leaders in any profession
