Reach to an accord, make a decision of common accord between 2 or more parts in order to make a non-written rule based on our principles and values.commonly, the consensual norms complement the imposed norms because there are rules that anyone can impose us because there are based on the common sense.For example,it´s consensual that no one can kill somebody or cause harm to anyone.There are things that must be solved by the people and not by the justice or the judges.
