MOVILIDAD ISABEL RUIZ SERNA, Y TERESA MANZANO GARRO MALTA MAYO 2025
COMPANY TRAINING MOBILITY IN MALTA
The staff training and company visit mobility carried out in Malta from May 5 to May 9, 2025, has marked a turning point in the Erasmus+ projects at our institution.
I was able to establish and strengthen partnerships for student mobilities in higher education, and witnessed firsthand the importance and potential of this destination to support all the objectives outlined in our Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE).
In collaboration with the company NSTS, we developed a work plan for student monitoring, which we are still refining during the post-mobility phase.
The visits to the different NSTS offices, as well as to the internship host organizations, along with the meetings held with student mentors, formed the core of the mobility. Additionally, various cultural visits provided valuable insights into how we can further improve our programme, consider Malta as a model location for Erasmus+ immersion, and promote the importance of: the European dimension in education, foreign language learning, the exchange of best practices within our higher education curriculum.
