The deadline of registration for financial support is November 30, 2024.
The deadline of regular registration is December 27, 2024.
Due to the capacity of the meeting room, the number of participants will be limited to 36. If the number of participants exceeds the limit, we may need to select participants, prioritizing those who will be presenting a talk. We appreciate your understanding if that happens.

The registration fee includes:

The procedure of payment for the registration fee will be announced later.
We have a limited amount of budget for supporting travel expenses and registration fees. If you want to apply for the support, please register for the workshop by the end of November 2024, providing a short description of why you need the financial support, how you can contribute to the workshop, and/or what you want to learn from the workshop.
A banquet will take place on the night of March 13 (6:30 - 8:00 pm) at a BBQ restaurant in the Fusaki Beach Resort hotel.
The participation fee will be approximately 8,000 - 12,000 yen (TBD) per person.
If you would like to join it, please indicate it on the registration form.
The participation fee will be collected in cash at the workshop venue.
