Schedules
The schedule is flexible. We may plan something on the spot and/or we can extend some of the lectures in case more time is needed, especially pedagogical lectures.
The lectures should be in English, although the participants are predominantly Japanese-speaking, and it is OK to occasionally explain things in Japanese if necessary.
On Day 1 there will be a session where each of us introduces ourselves. You have <~ 5 minutes each, so if you want to use slides please send them to Yuto Moriwaki. (It is not requested to prepare slides, though.)
Accommodation
They have at least one whiteboard and a screen (=futon sheet).
They have different types of rooms with slightly different prices (plus/minus 1000 yen/day). I will ask you for your preference on Day 1, which will be taken into account in the room assignment.
Public Bath Hours: 16 pm ~ 23 pm, 6 am ~ 9 am (The room "Akamatsu" has a bath on its own.)
Nearby
The Zushi beach is open during the workshop period. They have some facilities, such as showers, coin lockers, and restrooms.
If you are a careful person, you should check out the plans for emergency evacuations in earthquakes/tsunamis.
