本研究会は、水同位体を用いた水循環理解およびリモートセンシング・数値モデルの高度化に資する研究コミュニティの形成を目的に開催するものです。観測、数値モデル、データ同化、古気候復元など多様な手法を横断的に統合し、水同位体ISOSCAPEの構築に向けた課題と可能性を整理します。様々な水同位体観測を統合およびモデル検証することで、日本域だけでなく全球スケールで信頼性の高い水同位体分布の推定基盤の確立を目指します。
水同位体を研究されている方、新しく利用してみたい方、情報を収集されたい方、どなたでも歓迎いたします。学生さんの参加・発表も大歓迎です。
本研究会は、口頭発表だけでなく、ポスターセッションも設けております。

This workshop aims to foster a research community for advancing hydrological cycle science using water isotopes. Researchers working on observations, numerical modeling, data assimilation, paleoclimate reconstruction, and related topics are welcome. Through the integration of various water isotope observations and model evaluations, we seek to establish a reliable framework for estimating water isotope distributions from regional to global scales.
Students are especially encouraged to participate and present their work. Limited travel support is available for selected students and early-career researchers.
Both oral and poster presentations are welcome.
