For participants requiring a visa: November 19, 2025

For all other participants: December 6, 2025

Note: If the number of applicants exceeds the venue capacity, all applications will be reviewed, and only selected participants will be notified of acceptance. In such cases, registration may close before the stated deadlines. Notification will be sent to the email address provided in the form.

Banquet

We will hold the banquet on one of the days between January 28 and January 30. More details, such as the date, venue, and participation fee, will be announced later.

Poster presentation

We will have a poster session on one of the days between January 28 and 30, 2026. More details will be announced later.
