自宅等で待機し、保健所から指示があった場合はそれに従ってください。
保健所からの明示的指示がない場合、基本的には、感染者と最後に接触した日を0日目として5日間の自宅等待機となります。その間、毎日朝・夜に体温を測るなど健康状態に注意を払い、息苦しさ（呼吸困難）、強いだるさ（倦怠感）、高熱等の強い症状のいずれかがある場合には、かかりつけ医や自治体がホームページ等で公開している相談先に相談してください。受診した結果、新型コロナウイルスに感染していることが明らかになった場合には所属部局の連絡窓口に報告してください。なお、2日目及び3日目に医療機関における検査もしくは抗原定性検査キットを用いた検査（注）で陰性を確認した場合は、業務上または教育上やむを得ない事由がある場合に限り、検査結果を所属部局の連絡窓口に報告のうえ、3日目から登校・出勤可能とします。ただし、上記のいずれの場合であっても7日間が経過するまでは、検温などにより自身による健康状態の確認や、リスクの高い場所の利用や会食等を避けること、マスクを着用すること等の感染対策をお願いします。
（注）検査には、必ず薬事承認された体外診断用医薬品の抗原定性検査キット（鼻咽頭検体又は鼻腔検体を用いるもの）を使用すること。検査費用は自費とする。
