Grant

We offer the possibility to apply for “grants and financial support” for several students and participants from half to full price of the normal registration fee. We will give preference to applicants who demonstrate a strong need for funding, such as those from low- and middle-income countries or those who are early-career researchers or students. Grant applications are submitted together with abstract submissions. Please submit the abstract submission form explaining why you need the grant. The deadline is May 10, 2025.

The applicants will receive the result ONE WEEK before the deadline of the registration. Please do not register until you receive the result, if you applied for the grants.

Please note that there are two types of methods to receive the grants as decided by the Scientific Committee of CCVG:

Type 1: The grantee needs to submit receipts to IAVCEI and then will receive the reimbursement later from IAVCEI.

Type 2: The grantee will receive discounted invoice by e-mail after the registration and pay the discounted amount on internet.
