I attended UNT for social work and counseling. I help your student learn the appropriate ways to problem solve, identify feelings, and learn to co-regulate big feelings. I will teach guidance lessons to your students at least once a month. I will help them master the skills needed to be a successful student.

I am your IMPACT counselor!
I attended TWU for my master's in Counseling & Development. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and can work with students who are experiencing trauma or big life changes that affect their school experience. I also teach students how to regulate their emotions and big feelings.

How can counselors help you?
We are here to help parents support their children at school.
If there are any transitions or big changes at home we can help them handle it at school.
Provide recommendations for outside counseling services.
Connect students with play therapy which is provided by UNT students for free here at Evers Park.
Connect families to parenting classes provided by the Denton ISD Counseling Department.
We provide school supplies for families that need them.
We can also connect you with weekend food programs.
