Every competing student must have a completed liability waiver. Cadets will not be permitted to compete without a waiver on file with competition staff. Competition schedules will not be altered due to a liability waiver delay.

Submission of this form will allow for your team to be photographed and recorded during the competition to show during our highlight reel and to utilize in future event promotion.

Every team must complete a registration form. Teams are not considered officially registered until payment or PO has been received.
