The Basics
Hello, hello, hello! My name is Sandy Ledbetter, and I am very thankful to be a part of your child’s educational journey. This is my tenth year teaching, and I couldn’t be more excited. I believe in education, laughter, and second chances.
On a personal note, I am happily married to my best friend, Coleman Ledbetter. We have three of the sweetest and coolest children that parents could ask for. My son, Calum, just graduated and is figuring out life at the moment (yikes!!); while my daughter, Scout, moves on to 11th grade (double yikes!!). Last, but certainly not least, there is Ryker, our 7 year old ninja wanna-be! They are most definitely my favorite people in the world! Our extended family includes our two hyperactive dogs – Betty Goose and Mable. They both have hilarious personalities and fit perfectly in our home.
This is going to be an awesome year, people!!

My Journey
I grew up right outside of New Orleans, LA. Lord help me! After high school, I enlisted in the Marine Corps, and was stationed in California for 4 years. Help me again! Afterwards, I joined the Air Force Reserves for 6 years, which was way more chill. Both branches helped me pay for my education and both have guided me to where I am in my life today.
