Dyslexia is one of the most common learning disorders in the world and is often characterized by weak phonological processing, word recognition and spelling.
People with dyslexia usually have typical and above-average IQs but may fall behind at school due to their learning difficulties in reading and writing in a correct manner.
It takes a lot of time and energy for dyslexics to keep up with the rest of the class. This can result to mental exhaustion as the amount of effort put in doesn’t reflect the result. This infographic show some of the strengths of people with dyslexia.
