¡Hola! Mi nombre es Lorena Medina y estoy muy contenta de ser su maestra este año. Vamos a tener un año lleno de aprendizaje y diversión. 

Hi! My names is Lorena Medina and I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year. We are going to have an amazing year full of learning and fun. 

Sobre Mi

Me gradué de la universidad de Texas Woman's University en 2004. Estoy empezando mi año numero 17 como maestra y llevo 12 años en Pecan Creek. Mi experiencia ha sido trabajando en Kinder, por 14 años, y el resto en Pre-K todos en Denton ISD. 

Nací en Coahuila, México y he vivido aquí en Denton, TX desde que estaba en cuarto grado. Conocí a mi esposo en la universidad, tenemos 22 años de casados y tenemos dos hermosos hijos...Diego de 18 y Eva de 16 años. Disfrutamos viajar y conocer nuevos lugares y de los deportes, en especial ¡el béisbol y vóleibol!

About Me

I graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2004. I am starting my 17th year teaching and my 12th year at Pecan Creek. I have 14 years experience working with Kindergarten and the rest with Pre-K, all in Denton ISD. 

I was born in Coahuila, Mexico and I have lived in Denton, TX since I was in fourth grade. I met my husband while I was in college, we have been married for 22 years and we have two beautiful children...Diego is 18 and Eva is 16 years old. We enjoy traveling and sports, specially baseball and volleyball!
