Denton County MHMR: Individuals with Mental Illnesses in Denton County may qualify to receive Case Management Services, Psycho-social Rehabilitation, Skills Training, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. They may also be given referrals and helped to access alternate community resources. The goal of Mental Health services is to improve an individual's ability to function and succeed in the community of their choice. Mental health service include Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Case Management, Child and Adolescent Services, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Hotline, Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, Hospital Liaison, Intake and Referral, Out-Patient Psychiatric, Psychiatric Assessment, and Skills Training.
