current volunteer opportunities

You may think volunteering for the PTA is a huge responsibility - a never-ending time commitment. We’ll prove that’s just not true. We aim to connect engaged people (you) to the school in whatever ways they are willing to help out. There are ways to support from home, during school days, evenings, or weekends.  We appreciate any and all volunteers! 

Ways to help from home or on your own schedule

• Sign up and shop through programs like AmazonSmile or at Kroger and remember to encourage your family and friends to do the same!

• Provide administrative help by contacting businesses for donations

• Collaborate on projects like the PTA website, email communications, design flyers, posters, displays, and handouts.

Ways to help during the school day

• Help kids shop at the book fairs.

• Volunteer time for in-school fundraisers like the Fun Run and events like Carnival/Field Day.  

• Sort and distribute deliveries of t-shirt orders or yearbooks.

• Help with Teacher/Staff Appreciation events such as the luncheons and coffee walks.  

 Ways to help at events:

• Chair an event of your choosing, or shadow a current chairperson to learn more.

• Help set up, decorate, and break down an evening or weekend event like the Generations Night or 5th grade Exhibition.

• Small business owners – make a donation, and we'll advertise your business.
