Hi Cross Oaks family! My name is Leah Sutton and I am so excited to be teaching your fourth grader this year!
I am a recent graduate of UNT where I studied early childhood - sixth grade education. I have previously worked at Cross Oaks as an after school instructor. I have also taught fifth grade with a mentor teacher at a different Denton ISD elementary school.
When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, family, and my cat, Mouse. I like to play Ultimate Frisbee, go thrift shopping, and watch YouTube. My hope is to eventually start an Ultimate Frisbee club here at Cross Oaks! I think it would be a lot of fun!
Let's make it a great year!
