I grew up in Red Oak, Texas. Then I attended Texas Woman's University and got my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I am currently in graduate school to get my masters in Literacy Education. I graduate May 2026! This is my fourth year as a classroom teacher, but I have been working with kids as an ESD instructor, STEM summer camp teacher, substitute teacher, and have taught first grade here in Denton ISD. 

I love crafting, spending time with my family and friends, and being a plant and dog mom!
