I am looking forward to a fantastic year of teaching first grade! This will be my seventeenth (17th!) year teaching at E.P. Rayzor. The faculty, parents, and students are absolutely amazing. My full-time teaching experience includes teaching different grade levels at E.P. Rayzor and in other states.
Our son and daughter attended E.P. Rayzor, Harpool Middle School, and Guyer High School. Both participated in many extracurricular activities including athletics, orchestra, student government and community service. Go Wildcats!
Our family relocated from northeastern Pennsylvania. Living on the East Coast enabled our family to explore and appreciate New York City, Philadelphia, the inner harbor of Baltimore, and the beautiful leaves in Connecticut. We have lived in several states in different regions of the country. We have experienced all ends of the weather spectrum ranging from severe snow storms in Minnesota to tornadoes in Kansas. We have been pleased with our move to Texas and look forward to exploring all of the many wonders of this great state. Our family has enjoyed some of the many special events/activities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and vacations to Galveston, Houston, and San Antonio.
I know that every student comes to the classroom with valuable experiences. I also know that each school day provides teachers and students with special moments of greatness. Teaching is a privilege and an opportunity that I am given each time I begin a new year with a new class. We will have a wonderful year of exploring and learning together throughout the year!
