I am married and have two awesome kids who are 12 and 10 years old. In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, traveling, playing board games, and hanging out with family and friends. I believe that every child is unique, capable of learning, and deserving of attention and love. I look forward to a great year!

I grew up in Hurst, TX and attended Birdville High School. During High School, I was part of NHS and was captain of the drill team. Outside of school, I was on a competitive dance team.

I received my bachelors degree from Texas A&M and my masters degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. During college, I was a Fish Camp Counselor, on the Aggie Dance Team, and part of the Mays Business School Fellows Program.

This will be my sixth year teaching at Hawk. I feel so blessed to be part of such a close community that lives out our courageous, collaborative, connected, and compassionate values daily.
