Reassessment Procedures

All students must turn in a completed and signed reassessment form in order to reassess an assignment. The reassessment assignments are posted in my classroom, and it is the student's responsibility to copy that onto the reassessment form. All reassessments have deadline dates, and students will not be allowed to reassess after those dates. Please encourage them to be mindful of the dates.
