Cambios en la salida

Por favor comuníquese con la oficina antes de las 2:00 pm si va a tener un cambio en la salida. También podrá enviar una nota o correo electrónico.

Cumpleaños

La celebración de los cumpleaños será corta y bonita. Usted podrá enviar cosas para celebrar el cumpleaños de su hijo/a pero debe asegurarse de comunicarse conmigo una semana antes. Es muy importante que los alimentos que envíe no contengan nueces a maní debido a las alergias. Las cosas que envíe deben ser compradas y deben estar empacadas individualmente. Las celebraciones se harán al final del día antes de ir a los especiales y durarán unos 15-20 minutos. Tarjetas de invitación para cumpleaños no se podrán repartir en la escuela. Los maestros no podemos repartir ninguna invitación a los estudiantes.

Independencia

Yo creo mucho en la independencia de los estudiantes. Le pido que ayude a su hijo/a a mejorar su independencia permitiéndole caminar solo/a hasta el salón, recordándole de su responsabilidad de hacer la tarea y traer sus útiles escolares todos los días.

Merienda

Todos los días. Por favor envíe a la escuela sólamente una merienda que sea saludable. En el salón podrán tomar sólamente agua. Jugos y otras bebidas podrán tomarlas durante el almuerzo.

Tecnología

Los Chromebooks se usarán diariamente en el salón. Por favor recuerde que usar tecnología es un privilegio. Si su hijo/a usa la tecnología de una forma inapropiada, el o ella podrá perder el privilegio de usarla. Los estudiantes podrán traer su propio dispositivo electrónico cuando el maestro/a le comunique.

Dismissal Change

Please make sure you contact the office before 2:00 for any dismissal changes. You may also email me or send a note for a dismissal change.

Birthday Celebrations

Birthday celebrations will be short and sweet! You are more than welcome to send in treats for your child’s birthday, but please make arrangements with me at least a week ahead of time. Please be aware that all treats must be nut free due to allergies. All treats must be store bought and individually wrapped. Celebrations will be held at the end of the day before specials. Celebrations will only be around 15-20 minutes. Birthday party invitations may not be distributed at school. I am not allowed to distribute any sort of invitations to students.

Independence

I am a strong believer in independence. I encourage you to help your child build his/her independence, by allowing him/her to walk to class alone, holding them accountable for completing their homework, bringing his/her supplies to school each day, etc.

Snack

We will have every day. Please make sure your child has a healthy snack. Students may ONLY have water in the classroom. Juices and other drinks should be saved for lunch.

Technology

Chromebooks are used daily in our classroom. Please be aware that using technology is a privilege. If your student is using a device inappropriately, he/she may lose the privilege to use technology. Students may only bring their own device when permitted by the teacher.
