All About Me

My name is Lisa Galvin and I am excited to be returning to Blanton again this year as a 4th grade classroom teacher! This will be my 16th year of teaching and my 14th year at Blanton.

I am originally from Denton, Texas and I graduated from Denton High and the University of North Texas. I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband of 29 years, Dan, three beautiful daughters, two grand-daughters and our first grand-son. My hobbies include home improvement projects, yes I'm an HGTV fan, DIYs, painting, travel, enjoying the animals on our small farm and relaxing poolside.

I look forward to collaborating with you, as your child continues their quest for knowledge as a Blanton Knight!
