When getting ready to rent or purchase an instrument or orchestra supply, please use vendors on the recommended vendor list below or any additional vendors recommended to you by your orchestra director.

• Please avoid renting or purchasing an instrument online except from one of the recommended vendors below. Many students who purchase instruments online from non-recommended vendors end up with poor quality instruments that are frustrating for the student to play and don't stay in tune.
• Some instruments purchased from less-reputable dealers online will require professional assembly (this is not always clear in the item description) and result in a parent paying additional cost to have the instrument set up properly at a professional repair shop. Please be aware that for financial liability purposes, your orchestra director might not be able to assemble or perform repairs on an instrument that you own.
