Hard to believe we are in May. Enjoy your time with your family and the wonderful weather. Below is a link to a great series of exercise videos. These can be done individually or get the whole family involved. Stay safe and have fun!

Friday, May 1st would have been Field Day 2020. We did not want you to miss out. Enjoy some friendly competition with your family. Send us pictures and videos of your day. Most importantly have FUN!!

Here are a couple of challenges for you to try. The weather is starting to warm-up so enjoy your time outside. The activities require minimal equipment and can be done inside or outside. Don't forget to continue your Calendar Fitness. We miss you guys.

Waddle Race
Waddle Race - Need a ball (pillow, rolled up towel, etc.) and a basket (box, laundry basket, tub). Thanks to Maggie and Sami for the wonderful demonstration.
Roll a Story
Roll a Story 1 Roll a Story 2 Create your own
All you need is 1 dice. Roll the dice, pick a character, Roll the dice again for speed and direction, Roll dice again for the activity. Be creative, have fun and show off your best moves.
Week of April 13
Here are a couple of challenges for you to try this week. Both require very little equipment to attempt these challenges. Let us know how you did.
Mouse Trap - you will use an underhand throwing motion to try and capture the water bottle and the ball. Stand 10 feet from the box. Set a timer for 1 minute and keep track of your points in the 1 minute. This game can be played inside with permission.
Points
1 - knock the box over
2- catch the water bottle under the box
3 - capture water bottle and ball under the box
Supplies
1 box or laundry basket
1 water bottle or plastic cup
1 small ball (tennis ball, balled up socks, small beach ball)
