Mrs. Oyer

This is my 2nd year teaching 1st grade. I am a product of Denton ISD and am so excited to continue my career in this amazing district! I enjoy spending my free time reading, thrifting, and spending time with my husband and our dog, Boone. I attended Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and graduated with my bachelors in Elementary Education in 2024. I completed my student teaching as a part of the EXCEL program in a third grade classroom and have been teaching first grade ever since. 

Mrs. Moore 

I am delighted to be teaching first grade at Hill Elementary! I started my teaching career in 2016 after graduating TWU with a Bachelor in Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I live in Denton with my husband Paul and our 3 kiddos Paxton, Jaxon, and Gracelyn. Most of my free time is spent at soccer fields but I also love volunteering and attending community events. Teaching is my passion, and I am looking forward to a year full of fun, excitement, and learning!

Ms. Bladel

Hello! My name is Ms. Bladel, and I am so excited to be your first-grade teacher this year! I love creating a classroom where students feel safe, encouraged, and inspired to try new things. In our room, we learn through hands-on activities, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun. My goal is to help every student grow not only academically, but also in kindness, confidence, and creativity. I can’t wait to learn and grow together!
