About Ms. Erbele
I am thrilled to be teaching 7th Grade Math at Crownover! I grew up in California and later moved to Washington State for college. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College and my Master in Teaching degree from City University of Seattle.
Before moving to Texas, I taught at Lackamas Elementary for 10 years. During that time, I was honored with several awards, including Most Influential Teacher (2016), Expert Collaborator (2020–2021), Innovative Teacher (2020–2021), Colleague of the Year (2019–2020), and Best of Nisqually – Best Teacher Nominee (2019, 2020, 2021).
At Crownover Middle School, I have been recognized as Teacher of the Month (February 2023), Most Influential Teacher (2024), and currently serve as a member of the Guiding Coalition of teacher leaders (2023–present). I am also Google Certified Levels 1 and 2 and have a strong passion for educational technology, mathematics, and helping students learn and grow through mistakes.
