Smithsonian’s National Zoo

  • Welcome to the wild side of learning! This Activity is designed to engage students (grades K-5) in looking closely and thinking deeply about animal behavior and habitats. 

Monterey Bay Aquarium 

  • Students can observe live videos of undersea life. When the aquarium’s live web cams aren’t running (they operate during specific hours), there are pre-recorded videos to fill in.

Students can go on a virtual tour of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. Students can check out dinosaur skeletons, animals from around the globe and even past exhibits.
