Head Cheer Coach
My journey in athletics began with gymnastics in middle school and quickly grew to include hip hop dance, high school cheer, and competitive cheerleading. Along the way, I was honored to be named a three-time UCA All-American, Cheerleader of the Year, and Dancer of the Year, as well as earning first place in the All-Girl Stunt Group at the Mile High Regional Competition in Colorado.
I continued my education at Western State Colorado University, where I co-founded and coached the Western State Colorado Dance Team while also pursuing dance and snowboarding. I graduated with a double bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Psychology.
After moving to Texas, I dedicated myself to teaching and coaching. I have coached gymnastics, competitive cheer, and both middle school and high school cheerleading across the DFW area. At Denton High School, my focus is on helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character while building a strong tradition of Bronco pride.
Assistant Cheer Coach
I am honored to serve as the JV and Varsity Assistant Cheer Coach at Denton High School. I began cheering at the age of five with All-Star cheer and went on to compete at Level 5 starting at age 11. Throughout my cheer career, I was a six-time NCA All-American and part of the 2017 UIL Spirit State Championship team. I also gained valuable coaching experience with Twin City All-Stars Cheer and Gymnastics, where I worked with athletes in cheer, tumbling, and competition preparation.
I graduated from Texas A&M University Texarkana with a degree in History, earning recognition on the President’s List. Outside of cheer, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with my family and two dogs, and serving as the founder and president of a nonprofit organization.
At Denton High School, my goal is to help athletes build confidence, grow their skills, and show Bronco pride both on and off the mat.
