Transcript Requests - Alumni

• Current BHS seniors must request their official transcripts via SchooLinks; do not use this form.

• Complete the transcript REQUEST FORM (also embedded below).

• Provide a copy of your valid ID (state ID or driver’s license) to verify identity.

• Cost is $2.00 per transcript, cash or check (made payable to Braswell High School). Sorry, no debit or credit cards at this time.

• Please allow 5 Business days for processing once request and payment are received. Please note that during the Summer, Fall registration and semester finals these processing times may be extended 

• Form/ID and payment may be dropped off at the BHS Main Office or mailed to:

Due to FERPA regulations, a parent/legal guardian can only request a transcript if the student is under the age of 18.

Former Students

Transcripts will be issued after the student submits their written request, copy of valid photo ID, and fee, either in person or by mail, to Braswell High School. Complete the transcript REQUEST FORM and return it to Capi Charity in the Student Center. Official transcripts will be sent to post-secondary institutions electronically using a secure exchange system when possible. Unofficial transcripts will be issued directly to the student. We are unable to email transcripts. Each transcript will cost $2.00 cash or check. Checks made payable to Braswell High School. Please allow 5 Business days for processing once request and payment are received. Please note that during the Summer, Fall registration and semester finals these processing times may be extended
