Denton ISD schools will use the district lessons for the Essential 8 skills for learning throughout the school year in pre-kindergarten - 5th grade.
All Essential 8 lessons align with the Texas Positive Character Trait TEKS and the Texas Model Program Curriculum Scope and Sequence. These skills are taught on a rotating basis each school year (4 one and 4 the next). Las escuelas del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Denton utilizarán las lecciones del distrito para el aprendizaje de las 8 habilidades esenciales durante todo el año escolar, desde preescolar hasta quinto grado.
