Senior Portraits (Tux/Drape Formals)
Each senior will be required to take a formal tux/drape photo in order to be featured in the yearbook and a cap and gown portrait for the slideshow shown at graduation. Senior portraits are at no cost to parents/students - when registering online, make sure to select the free "yearbook sitting" option. All seniors must have their portrait taken as required by the Denton ISD Student Code of Conduct. All senior portraits must be scheduled online at https://seniors.legacystudios.com/braswell-hs-aubrey-tx/. Parents are not allowed to attend on-campus portrait sessions when school is in session. We do not allow any other photos (including outside portraits) in the yearbook.
When will the scheduling site (https://seniors.legacystudios.com/braswell-hs-aubrey-tx/) open for Braswell sessions?
The scheduling site (https://seniors.legacystudios.com/braswell-hs-aubrey-tx/) will open approximately one month before each session. Please schedule your appointment as soon as possible - we have over 600 seniors to photograph in very little time, so don’t miss out! We do not have room for missed appointments, so once you schedule, please make plans to be there! IF you are unable to make an appointment, please cancel it using the email you received from Legacy Studios so that it reopens for a senior who can make it.

You can schedule a senior session provided by Legacy Studios at Braswell High School (in the Auditorium Hallway). All sessions must be photographed and completed by Friday, October 24, 2025 in order to be featured in the 2026 yearbook. We will not have any portrait sessions at Braswell over the summer or after October 24, 2025. Schedule an appointment at http://seniors.legacystudios.com/braswell-hs-aubrey-tx
What should I wear? - For guys, please bring a white t-shirt. For ladies, please bring a thin-strapped tank top to wear under the drape. Please bring any additional outfits for those who scheduled a sitting that offers more poses/outfits.
Can parents attend senior portraits? No, parents are not allowed to attend senior portrait sessions that take place on campus during the school day. If you would like to attend a senior portrait session with your student, you will need to schedule an appointment at Legacy Studios in Richardson, TX over the summer or on the weekends - missing class to make a senior portrait session in Richardson will NOT be excused.

*Note: All sessions must be photographed and completed by Friday, October 24, 2025 either at an on-campus session or in Richardson, TX at Legacy Studios in order to be featured in the 2026 yearbook and graduation slideshow. Yearbook portrait pages are submitted shortly after receiving the photos from our photography company in November - which is why we need students to take their photos during the scheduled times in September/October.
