Deadlines
Deadlines
All of the following deadlines must be met so that your student can attend the field trip. We must follow these per the vendor.
Failure to meet a deadline will result in your student being ineligible to attend the field trip. Please contact us BEFORE a deadline if you need assistance completing the tasks.

Confirmation of background check due coming soon
Payment 1 due Sept 15
Payment 2 due Oct 15
Payment 3 due Nov 15
Payment 4 is tentative based on fundraiser totals
All medications due by Tuesday, Jan 9
