Welcome to the MultiCulturator Club
The Adkins MultiCulturators serve as leaders on our campus. Check out the following information to learn more about our club.
Who:
Club members are 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students who have been chosen by their teacher using the following criteria
Student must work well with others.
Student must be respectful, kind, and accepting of others. (This includes all the elements that make up our uniqueness.)
Student must show a desire to learn and appreciate cultures other than their own.
Student must demonstrate Learn. Connect. Serve through their actions and reactions.
Students must show leadership qualities.
What:
The MultiCulturator Club is a group of students who spend intentional time learning about and celebrating the many cultures of this community and the world. The MultiCulturators participate in various activities as listed below -
Taste the Culture food event
Lead campus culture parades
Decorate school to celebrate heritage months
Restaurant culture night
MultiCultural Night campus event
Read to classrooms
Join the morning announcements

When:
The MultiCulturators meet after school 3 times a month. They also gather during school for specials events.
Where:
Most activities/meetings will take place at Adkins. We also meet at a restaurant once a semester.
Why:
The MultiCulturator's club was created to start a movement towards the acceptance of the cultures at Adkins Elementary. Our club members serve as leaders on campus. Members are a reflection how everyone should appreciate the various traditions and celebrations in cultures other than their own. We believe that diversity is a beautiful thing and are committed to honoring all cultures.
How:
