Science Camp Partial Scholarship Application

Please complete this application if you would like your student to be considered for a partial scholarship to attend camp. This form should only be completed if your family is experiencing financial hardship.

Please understand that our scholarships are funded entirely through the generosity of teachers and 5th grade parents who wish to support our students. Because of this, scholarship funds are very limited.

That being said, it is our goal for every student to have the opportunity to experience camp, and we will do everything within our power to help make that possible!
