There are 2 campus entry points for spectators - either the main entrance off of the I35 access road or the back entrance off of FM 1101. Buses should plan to enter through the back off of FM 1101. Parking lots are on I35 access road. Buses should drop players off in front of the Cougar Den and park in the top parking lot. Parents can park in lower lot if there is availability or in the top lot. Please do not park in the band area. Please enter through the doors of The Cougar Den (that is how our gym is labeled). Please do not enter the main entrance of the school for any reason. Teams can set up team tables in the hallway outside of gym 2.

There is one entrance to the campus and should be used by both buses and spectators. It is located next to the Valero station. Buses need to park in the fenced lot between the tennis courts and the Loop 337 access road. Enter the gate off the access road and park along back fence. (There are 3 band trailers in that lot and buses can park next to those.) We are asking all spectators to park in the parking lot in front of school or in the park-and-ride lot directly across the street. Team and parent entrance is located on the side of the building nearest the tennis courts - set of double doors in front of the large Oak tree. Teams can set up tables in the hallway outside the gym.

School Start Time:
New Braunfels High School begins classes at 8:50 AM. Because school will be in session during the tournament, we ask everyone to be mindful of morning traffic and NBISD bus routes.
Team Bus Drop-Off:
Team buses should drop off at the back of New Braunfels High School no earlier than 9:00 AM so that NBISD buses can complete their morning routes.
Players and teams will not be allowed to enter through the front of the school.

Bus & Spectator Parking:
After team drop-off, buses should relocate to:

Spectators should also park at Oakwood Church. Shuttles will run between Oakwood Church and New Braunfels High School.
Food & Refreshment Drop-Off:
Parents bringing food, drinks, or other team refreshments may drop items off at the back of New Braunfels High School no earlier than 9:00 AM.
After unloading, parents must move their vehicles to Oakwood Church and ride the shuttle back to NBHS.
Team Areas:
Each team will have a designated table area located to the left as you enter through the back of the school.
These areas may be used for team food, drinks, and belongings.
Important Reminder:
Because New Braunfels High School will be in session, teams and spectators must remain in the designated tournament areas and should not walk throughout the school.

TEAM & SPECTATOR INFO:

Long Creek High School begins classes at 8:50 AM. School will be in session during the tournament, and we ask everyone to be mindful of morning traffic and NBISD bus routes.
TEAM BUS DROP:
Buses will enter at the front of the school and follow the route around the band pad to the back of the school for athletes to unload and enter the building. Coach Harvey will direct you to the bus parking area.
TEAM AREA:
Team area will be located In the LCHS team meeting room. Each team will have designated tables labeled with each schools name. This is where all food and coolers should be kept, as no outside food and drinks will be permitted in the gyms. Team areas are for players and coaches only. No parents or spectators.
SPECTATOR PARKING:
Spectators will park in the back half of the student parking lot. The entrances to these lots are the 2nd and 3rd driveways off of Klein Meadows. See attached map for the specific routes and lots. Please do not pull in or park in the first entrance, as that is parent drop off and faculty and staff parking. Spectators will go up the stairs and follow the signs to the gym entrance/ticket taker.

Long Creek High School will be in session during the tournament. Teams and spectators must remain in the designated tournament areas and should not walk throughout the school.
