Welcome 3rd Graders!

Hello Coyotes, my name is Mrs. Criel, and I am so excited to be one of your third grade teachers this year! I’ve been looking forward to meeting you all summer long! Our class will be so special this year because YOU are here!

This year I will begin my 16th year teaching, and this will be my fourth year here at Indian Springs Elementary! I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007. As a teacher over the years, I've taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade in Austin ISD, Round Rock ISD, and now in Comal ISD! In every district one thing remains the same- my passion for teaching students like you to become life-long learners!

My son, Bradley will be returning this year as a 2nd grader, and it is an absolute joy to be at school together! It's so wonderful when I can give him a big bear hug in the hallway! He is my world and I promise you will hear more about him this school year.

It's going to be a great year! I'm looking forward to all our third grade adventures together in room 211!
