MECHS Art Room

Happy 2023-2024 School Year Memorial Early College Highschool with Northeast Lakeview. As the AP/Dual Credit Art History, Sculpture I & 2, and AP Studio Design Art Teacher, I am excited to start my 15th year teaching.

After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2008, I actively pursued my teaching certification in Art.  I taught High School / Middle School in public education for two years, owned my own business, Traveling ART, for six years teaching ages 2 to adult painting, drawing, and sculpting, and then, returned to public education with Comal ISD.  This is the start of my seventh year with CISD. 

This will be a great year!
