As an inclusion teacher, my specialty is implementing and supporting the individual education plans for our students with special needs, specifically those students with support minutes built into their schedule of services per content area.
About me
I am a special education teacher with an undergrad in Biology (Texas Tech University) and Masters in Special Education (Texas A&M-San Antonio). I am excited to be at SBMS, and teaching in the community that I live.
I am currently going through the certification process to become an educational leader through Lamar University, and hope to one day facilitate student academic, social, and emotional growth through administration.
I have two wonderful children, Calen and Palmer, and a fantastic, supportive wife Katie. When not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying outdoor recreational sports.
