"Climb the mountains of knowledge, dance to the rhythm of your passions, and sing your own song of discovery"
PhD Candidate, Clemson University
I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Chemistry at Clemson University, with a specialization in materials science and polymer chemistry. My research focuses on the design and development of novel poly(ionic liquid)s for self-healing and stimuli-responsive polymer systems. I integrate synthetic methodologies, advanced analytical techniques, and computational modeling to better understand the structure–property relationships that drive performance in these materials.
In particular, I am deeply interested in elucidating the role of ubiquitous van der Waals (vdW) interactions in polymers and exploring how molecular structure can be tuned for applications in energy storage and smart materials. My work bridges fundamental science and practical innovation, aiming to contribute to the development of multifunctional, adaptive polymeric systems.
